TPS3839G18 Ultra low power Voltage supervisor IC SOT-23

The TPS3839G18 is a Ultra low power, consuming only 150nA of supply current, is a voltage supervisor IC with a threshold of 1.67V. It has Active Low reset output which is capable to drive push pull mode of operation and maintains low output till the threshold voltage is not passed.
