How Do I Order The Product?

It is pretty simple and just the same as you do on other websites. Go to the Shop section, select the quantities of the desired product and add it to the cart. Add your address where the product will be delivered. Select the payment method to COD or via CCAvenue to make the payment. You are good to go now.

We recommend you to have an account with us for further processing of the documents.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order from the Track Order option available on the menu bar. By clicking the Track Order it will open up a new page where you can put the AWB or the Order ID number to track the shipment of your order.

How To Cancel The Order?

If you want to cancel the order, you can cancel it any time before shipping, since the components you are purchasing is difficult to put back again or sell to other people. We have strict policies for cancellation of an order after being shipped.

In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5-6% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. The reason for this is that most Payment Gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order was Cancelled or Refunded.

Please note that Punoscho reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

What To Do If I Want To Change The Order (Add/Remove) After It Is Been Confirmed?

If you forget something to add to the cart or need some changes, please notify us immediately before the order is being shipped. We cannot alter the order once the status is changed. Kindly contact us at the earliest.
