Return and Refund Policy


Any items that are purchased by our customers are covered under the warranty of a minimum of 5 Days (unless otherwise it is specified on the product page). This is a good way to cover the customer’s purchased product from any manufacturing defect.

It is requested that, for any problems with your order, please mail/call or WhatsApp us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. 

You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns first and in advance. We will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. Please have the original shipping invoice that you will get during the return of the product.

We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. There are a few cases and due to the high demand, if we do not have the product in stock to provide you with a replacement, we must provide a full refund to you. Also, since it is an electronics product, no warranty will be applicable for misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

The steps to issue a return or refund, are the following steps needs to be taken –

  1. Contact us via email/call/WhatsApp [Our operating time is 10 AM-6 PM | Monday to Friday].
  2. Provide a clear picture of the damaged product or your concern written in the mail or send it the WhatsApp.  
  3. We will determine the product state.
  4. If we have the product in stock, we will replace it otherwise full refund will be initiated.

Full Refund/Replacement:

We tried our best to provide accurate information and an original picture of the product. In case of missing items, damages, and defects other than the misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way is eligible for full replacement within 5 days from the date of order is delivered. In case of no stock availability, we will issue the refund within the 3 days of confirmation.

Changing or Canceling An Order:

If you forget something to add to the cart or need some changes please notify us immediately before the order is shipped. We can not alter or change the order once the order status is changed. Kindly contact us at the earliest.

However, if you want to cancel the order you can cancel it before the shipping. Since the quality and the type of components you are purchasing, once it is packed it is difficult to put back or to sell to other people. So we have strict policies for cancellation of an order after the order is shipped.

In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5%-6% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. The reason for this is that most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order was canceled and refunded.

Punoscho reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Return Guidelines:

Kindly mention the order number and write it clearly on the return BOX with the receiver and sender’s address. Please retain original packaging and send the invoice that is received during the order delivered.

Limits Of Responsibility:

Punoscho is not responsible for any effect on the hardware and damages made due to improper polarity, handling issues, over current, over voltage, short-circuit and using the product beyond the capacity described by the manufacturer.
