Shipping Procedure

It is our duty to ship a product when a order is placed in our website. Each step of Order Processing will be provided to you via Email. Generally, we try to send the image of the packing and the product via Whatsapp (If the number provided by you having Whatsapp Account associated with it) to dismiss confusion.

Shipping Policies

  • We ship our product Generally with reputed shipping vendors, such as, Blue Dart and Delhivery.
  • Sometimes, the shipments are send part by part if the order quantity is too large or the product is not available (Backorders). In such case, we inform you beforehand.
  • Please Refer our Return or Refund Policies or Call/Whatsapp us at +91 9163986431 for any shipment related quarries.
  • We provide valid tracking either by Track by Order or Track by AWB number. In all cases, you can track your order flawlessly.
  • We offer Two shipping services, Via Air and Via Surface. Air is the fastest way to send the order. Generally the Air Order are delivered within 2-4 Days and Surface order 5-6 days to deliver. We can not guarantee the shipment reaching time due to the Third Party, Road delays, Air delays, Natural Calamities etc.
  • For All International shipment, the KYC is mandatory and all the custom and other charges (Depending on your Country Regulations) shall be done by your self only.

Shipping Partners and Third Parties

  • For Domestic, we use Bluedart and Delhivery.
  • For International we use DHL, FedEX and Aramex
  • We use different Vendors like Shiprocket, BigDelivery related services.
  • Kindly refer there Terms and Conditions if needed.
Shipping and Delivery timing

  • We put our best effort to send the shipment on the same day. We send shipment if ordered before 3PM except Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • As Punoscho open from Monday to Saturday, we ship the product in these weekdays. Please Note, Order placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.
  • For the Public and National Holidays or due to some government regulation, if we can not ship the product, we ship it in next working days.
  • For International shipment using DHL, FedEX or Aramex they pack the shipment on the same day and ship it on the next working days. Export clearance is subject to product type and Custom Clearance Timing.
  • As mentioned earlier, We can not guarantee the shipment delivery time as it is not our hand. However, based on our experience, 90% of the orders are delivered on time.
  • We accept the order cancellation if the order is not shipped, once it is shipped, we can not cancel the order.
