ULN2003AD SMD 7-Channel Darlington Transistor Array IC โ SOP-16
The ULN2003AD is a high-voltage, high-current 7-channel Darlington transistor array in an SMD SOP-16 package. It contains seven NPN Darlington pairs with common-emitter outputs, making it suitable for interfacing low-power digital circuits with loads that require higher current.
Each channel includes an integrated clamp diode for inductive-load switching, making the IC particularly useful for relay and solenoid control. The device can be driven directly from common microcontrollers and logic circuits.
