ULN2003 SMD Darlington Transistor Arrays IC

The ULN2003 SMD is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays IC. It consists seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each pairs is rated at 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA.
