LM5050-Q1 High Side FET Controller
LM5050-Q1 is an AEC qualified Automotive High side OR-ing FET controller that is having wide range of input from 1V to 75V. It is having 100V Transient capabilities. It can be used for replacing the ideal diode rectifiers in different power path, power distribution modules.
