60V 50A N-Channel MOSFET STP55NF06

With the 50A of Drain current and 60V capabilities, this N Channel Power Mosfet is available in TO220 package and can be used for high current applications.

It offers Low RDS-ON resistance and superior gate threshold voltage to operate this mosfet from any microcontroller at any voltage levels.

2. Minimum Threshold voltage : 2V(Min), 4V (Max). Gate to Source Voltage is ±20V.
