DMG2301 1.5W -3A -20V P-Channel MOSFET

DMG2301 is a -3A  -20V P Channel Power Mosfet suitable for fast switching applications. It offers very low RDSon. It is available in SOT23 package.

Features of DMG2301 P-Channel MOSFET –

1. -20V Drain to Source Voltage (VDSs)
2. Minimum Gate Threshold voltage : -0.4V(Min), -1.2V (Max). Gate to Source Voltage is ±8V.
3. -4.5A of Continuous Current.
4. Logic Driven Mosfet. Can be controlled by a 3.3V or 5V microcontroller unit.
5. 150mR On Resistance
