TL431 (AZ431) – Precision Shunt Regulator

AZ431 is the same as TL431 from Diodes Inc. It is a precision level shunt regulators that can be used for configurable zener diode for controlling the output voltage, create the reference voltage, or in SMPS secondary side regulations with 0.4%-0.8% output voltage level precision.
