MCP23017T-E/SS 16 bit GPIO Expander IC SMD SSOP-28

MCP23017T-E/SS is 16 bit GPIO Expander IC in SSOP-28 SMD Package. MCP23017 works in I2C communication protocol. This GPIO Expander has two 8-bit I/O banks with dedicated Interrupt pin for each. Due to the I2C address feasibility of 3 Address selection, 8 I/O expander can be used in same I2C line and could provide total 128 I/O pins.
