It is pretty simple and just the same as you do on other websites. Go to the Shop section, select the quantities of the desired product and add it to the cart. Add your address where the product will be delivered. Select the shipping method/partner to and click on the place order section to make the payment. This will go into Razorpay Payment Gateway. Pay via UPI(GPAY, PHONEPAY, BHIM and other), Debit/Credit Card etc. After the payment is done it will return to the order section.

We recommend you to have an account with us for further processing of the documents.

We do not accept COD orders. The reason is not you but us. We faced huge loss as COD normally takes more money for shipping and in majority case we encountered the false order / returned package that incurs loss. From the Year 2023, we stopped COD orders. If you have any trust issues, kindly call us, visit us or look for our reviews on the google as well as other platforms.

You can track your order from the Track Order option available on the menu bar. By clicking the Track Order it will open up a new page where you can put the AWB or the Order ID number to track the shipment of your order.

If you want to cancel the order, you can cancel it any time before shipping, since the components you are purchasing is difficult to put back again or sell to other people. We have strict policies for cancellation of an order after being shipped.

In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5-6% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. The reason for this is that most Payment Gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order was Cancelled or Refunded.

Please note that Punoscho reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

If you forget something to add to the cart or need some changes, please notify us immediately before the order is being shipped. We cannot alter the order once the status is changed. Kindly contact us at the earliest.
