NCP5501 3.3V 500mA LDO Regulator

The NCP5501 is a 3.3V low dropout three-terminal voltage regulator. It is a LDO having the current capacity of 500mA with a dropout voltage of 0.23V Only.

It has a fixed voltage output of 3.3V which is ideal for most of the microcontroller operations. This 3.3V LDO offers great stability and noise rejection in the power line.
