How do I order the product?

It is pretty simple and just same as like you do in other websites. Go the Shop section, select the quantities of the desired product and add this to the cart. Put your desired address for Invoice and delivery/ shipping related purposes. Select the payment method to COD or via CCAvenue to make the payment. You are good to go with this.

We recommend you to have a account with us for further processing of the documents.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track the order from the track order option available on the menu bar. By clicking the track order it will open up a new page where you can put he AWB or the Order ID number to track the shipment of your order.

How to cancel the order?

If you want to cancel the order you can cancel it before the shipping. Since the quality and the type of components you are purchasing, once it is packed it is difficult to put back or to sell to other people. So we have strict policies for cancellation of an order after the order is shipped.

In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5%-6% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. The reason for this is that most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order was canceled or refunded.

Please note that Punoscho reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

What to do if I want to change the order or add or remove something after the order is confirmed?

If you forget something to add to the cart or need some changes please notify us immediately before the order is shipped. We can not alter or change the order once the order status is changed. Kindly contact us at the earliest.
